I hate to say this, but I don't think they'll make it past the second round.I mean, they nearly lost to Bangladesh on home soil!!

South Africa is not doing very well either and they are in the same pool. On their day the Windies are still capable of beating anybody. So, I would say they still have a good chance.

No, I don't say that just out of sentiment. The West Indies did pretty well at the triangular tournament recently.

well WI are performing good like performing once ina blue moon. They may return back but they can hardly be in the place where cricket giant Australi is. they were some decades ago the ruler of this game but can't be now. there that consistency is lost in desert.

They played pretty well yesterday. The openers were still batting for 40 overs. Lara looked so great. It was a shame that we couldn't see more of him.

Well, sorry to say MP, but Duckworth and Lewis did it for England....like I said, the Windies didn't really stand a chance even if they'd played the 100 overs!!

When did West Indies last play England in a one day international? West Indies will resume against South Africa today in pole position and they should win weather allowing.

Oops,my mistake....I must have been in a daze considering how late I posted the message,I'm real sorry.
But I still don't think the Windies will make it after Herschelle Gibbs' fabulous comeback.God,I love that name!!
In case of rain, the South Africans have a better net run rate, don't they?

If we have 14 overs of play today, the Windies will wrap up things.
